Office Furniture

We provide impartial advice and service to our customers, liaising with designers and manufacturers. We source the best products, at the best prices and ensure that you can save money without compromising on quality or design.

Our extensive industry knowledge means that we can expertly select, procure and furnish innovative offices both ergonomically and aesthetically. Our products range from Executive desks to Design Classics, Meeting tables to lighting.

Fast track furniture

At Kudos we understand that sometimes things have to be done quickly and therefore provide quick ship stocks within our product range including seating, storage, desking and screens. Available for delivery and installation within 7-10 days.

Although Kudos Interiors is an independent furniture dealer, we are also a Herman Miller Fastrack dealer. We are able to offer the infamous Aeron chair, Mirra Chair and a 10 - 20 day Fastrack programme including new Sense desking, storage and soft seating.

Office Refurbishment

Kudos provides a full spectrum of services for office refurbishment, from the construction, installation of services and project management to the moving of clients from one space to the next. We can ensure the same great service from the smallest project to the largest project and ensure that everything is done as quickly as possible.
We understand that Health and Safety has to be observed and that no disruption takes place for your employees. The main work will be completed on an evening and weekend and if we do work within your office hours, we monitor IT and telecoms systems so that no employees are disturbed.

Office Partitioning

At Kudos we understand that partitioning can not only create space for your offices but also add to the design and the function ability of your business. Our office partitioning systems are competitively priced and can be designed to your exact specifications.

Office Relocation and Fit-out

When a company has made a decision to relocate, and needs to fit out the new office, Kudos can help every step of the way. Once the design has been decided and the products ordered, we can guide you through every step from the initial building surveys to the move-in day.

A transition of offices needs perfect coordination and the fact that we are independent means that we can provide this. We will be your main point of contact at all times, understanding your needs and working to fixed timescales and working to your budget.

Ergonomic Assessments

Kudos Interiors have worked closely for many years with Occupational Health departments of multi- national companies such as BP International. We offer impartial advice on workstation furniture including desks, office chairs, footrests and VDU accessories to ensure correct and comfortable sitting.

We can offer DSE Risk Assessments as part of our service to clients to ensure they receive high quality and professional information regarding their working environment.

Clients who have invested in DSE Assessments and ergonomic chairs have benefited in the reduction of absenteeism from work, due to employees less likely to suffer injury and usually see an increase in productivity at work.

We can visit your offices, carry out workstation assessments and discuss with your employees correct posture and offer recommendations’ verbally and written. A copy of the assessment will be provided for you HSE file and a report will be provided detailing any issues and solutions. Please see our Ergonomic page.

Project Management

At Kudos we know that if we manage your project, we can ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time from start to finish. You can be assured that the smallest job will be as thorough as the largest job and it takes the stress away from our clients when they know we are in control.
Our project managers will work with contractors and suppliers, ensure that products are tracked and with us on time, and provide you with project progress updates to let you know how everything is going. Once the project at hand is complete, we provide a ‘Post project follow up’ which means that we will come and make sure you are happy with every detail and discuss any questions you may have.

We will carry out a workplace appraisal to find out how you work and what you need, and we will then use a feasibility study to decipher if what you need to do is actually achievable. Comparative fit out costs will then be provided so you can decide on the best option for you, and your business.

Checklists

At Kudos, we believe that written reports are not always the best way to show our clients how and when things will be done. Our checklists are actually in person and consist of choosing the right office design with you, fitting out the office for you, and visiting you to ensure you have everything that you need. Our clients have been very happy with the way we do this, as they can see exactly what is happening, and measure the process in reality.
